Introducing Sunrise
Today we’re opening Sunrise to public beta — project management designed for teams who already live in Gmail and Google Workspace.
Why Sunrise?
Most project tools ask you to leave the ecosystem you know. Copy tasks into a new app. Duplicate deadlines in a separate calendar. Chase teammates in yet another channel.
Sunrise is different. It connects to the Google tools you already use:
- Google Tasks — two-way sync with your Sunrise list
- Google Calendar — events on your Today and Upcoming views
- Google sign-in — no new password to remember
What you can do today
- Plan your day in Today and the week in Upcoming
- Organize work in teams (Workspace) or folders (personal)
- Break work into projects with list, kanban, and calendar views
- Sync tasks with Google Tasks on every device
- Invite teammates to your workspace
- Install Sunrise as a PWA on desktop and mobile

We’re building Team and Workspace plans for the future, but the core product is available now at no cost.
