By accessing or using Sunrise at app.getsunrise.today or getsunrise.today, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

Sunrise provides a client interface for your Google Calendar and Google Tasks. You must have a valid Google account and grant the permissions required for the app to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your session.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Sunrise, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with the service, or use Sunrise in violation of applicable laws or Google's terms of service.

Availability

We strive to keep Sunrise available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control — including outages of Google APIs.

Disclaimer of warranties

Sunrise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data sync will always be instantaneous.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data — though your primary calendar and task data remains in your Google account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sunrise after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
